Delete Your Account

You can delete your Rip Daily account and its data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

In the Android app

1. Open Rip Daily and go to the Stats tab.
2. Scroll to the account card and tap Delete account.
3. Read the confirmation and tap Delete forever. If you signed in with Google, you will be asked to sign in once more to confirm it's you.

Deletion happens immediately. The app then starts you on a fresh, empty collection.

By email

If you can't use the app (for example, you no longer have it installed), email support@piltzintec.com with the subject "Delete my account". Send it from the Google account you signed in with, or, for a guest account, include your collector name and roughly when you last played. We will delete your data within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What gets deleted

• Your account (anonymous or Google sign-in)
• Your collection, coins, streak and other game progress, both in the cloud and on your device
• Your entry on the public leaderboard
• Your posts in the live pull feed

What is kept

We don't keep any of the data above after deletion. Usage analytics (Google Firebase Analytics) and advertising data (Google AdMob) are collected without your name or email. Google keeps them under its own retention settings, and they are no longer connected to a Rip Daily account.
