Terms of Service

By playing Rip Daily at ripdaily.com or through our mobile apps (the "Service"), you agree to these terms.
The game
Rip Daily is a free entertainment product. Packs are opened with randomized results; the exact odds are published in-game (Shop → Pack odds). The Service contains advertising, including optional rewarded ads.
Virtual items
Coins, cards, and all other in-game items are virtual. They have no monetary value, cannot be purchased with or exchanged for real money, and cannot be transferred or sold. We may adjust the game's economy, content, or your virtual-item balances to maintain game health.
Your account
Progress is stored under an anonymous account, optionally linked to a Google account. Guest progress lives on your device and may be lost if you clear browser data or lose the device — link an account to keep it. You are responsible for the account you link.
Acceptable use
Don't exploit bugs, attempt to manipulate ads (including automated or fraudulent ad interactions), interfere with the Service, or attempt to access other players' data. We may suspend accounts that do.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its card designs, artwork and code, is our property. All teams, players, names and likenesses are fictional; Rip Daily is not affiliated with the National Football League or any real league, team, player, or trading-card manufacturer.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of virtual items or progress.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by a new effective date. Continuing to play after changes means you accept them.
