Privacy Policy

Rip Daily ("we", "us") operates the game available at ripdaily.com and as mobile apps (together, the "Service"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions or requests: support@ripdaily.com.

Information we collect

• Account data. When you play, we create an anonymous account identifier through Google Firebase Authentication. If you choose to sign in with Google (or Apple, where offered), we also receive your name and email address from that provider.
• Game data. Your collection, coins, streaks and related progress are stored on your device and, where available, synced to our cloud database (Google Cloud Firestore) under your account identifier.
• Usage analytics. We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the game is played (e.g. packs opened, features used). This involves device information such as device model, operating system, coarse location derived from IP address, and app interaction events.
• Advertising data. The Service is funded by ads served by Google (AdSense on the web, AdMob in mobile apps). Ad partners may collect and use device identifiers, cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads, including — where you consent — personalized ads. See "Advertising and cookies" below.
• Community features. Notable pulls and your collection score appear on in-game feeds and leaderboards under a display handle: your first name and last initial if you signed in with Google, or an anonymous "Collector" number for guests. No other account information is shown to other players.

How we use information

• To operate the game and save your progress across sessions and devices.
• To understand usage and improve the game (analytics).
• To show ads that fund the free game.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to running the game.

Advertising and cookies

Your choice comes first. On the web, the game sets no analytics or advertising cookies until you choose "Accept all" in the cookie banner. If you choose "Essential only", the game works exactly the same; we simply don't measure usage or personalize ads. You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the game's footer. The storage we use falls into three groups:

• Essential (always on). Your browser's local storage and IndexedDB hold your save data, your sign-in session and your cookie choice itself. These are strictly necessary to provide the game you asked for and are not used for tracking.
• Analytics (only if you accept). Google Analytics for Firebase cookies (e.g. _ga) that help us understand how the game is played.
• Advertising (only with consent). Google advertising cookies used to serve, cap and measure ads.

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies and device identifiers to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites and apps. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings, and learn how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you will be shown a consent message before any personalized ads are served, and you can decline. Ads shown without consent are non-personalized. In the mobile apps, the same choice is collected through Google's consent form, and you can revisit it via "Privacy settings" in the app's footer.

Because nothing beyond essential storage is set without your opt-in, browser signals such as Global Privacy Control are honored by default.

Data sharing

Your data is processed by Google LLC as our service provider (Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Hosting, AdSense/AdMob). We do not share personal data with other third parties except as required by law.

Data retention and deletion

Game and account data are retained while your account exists. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@ripdaily.com from the account in question (or including your in-game details for guest accounts). We will delete the data within 30 days.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR in the EEA/UK, CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. Contact us at the email above to exercise them. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

Do Not Sell or Share (US state laws). We do not sell personal information. Advertising cookies that could count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising are only set with your consent — choosing "Essential only" (or "Cookie settings" → "Essential only" later) opts you out. You can also email us to opt out or exercise any other state-law right.

Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in Google Cloud infrastructure with per-user access rules (each account can only read and write its own save). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

Changes

We may update this policy as the game evolves (for example, when new ad formats or sign-in options launch). Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date on this page.
